Pungulu Party is a hands-on children’s festival where culture and natural heritage is experienced. Through song, movement, storytelling, craft, and play, children encounter Kenya’s living traditions, the rhythms, materials, stories, and environments that have shaped how communities learn, celebrate, and care for the world around them.

Children sing, move, and play with nursery rhymes and melodies that have been passed down through communities. These songs, shared in different languages and styles, carry stories of place, animals, seasons, and everyday life, grounding music in lived culture.
